A corporate culture means the way the culture in one
company, different company has different ways. The culture may include the way
meetings and get together are
done. However, for some organization their corporate culture may derive from the story of how they were
created and might define the symbols used in their logo.
Donald Trump’s corporate
culture is also very unique. Donald Trump wants everyone to work together as
one team. Especially for those who want to be promoted they have to start
working like they have been promoted before Donald Trump even actually promotes
them.
Besides that, he wants his employees to explore into different training
courses even if its not what they are working for. I feel that Donald Trump
must ensure that that particular employee becomes a specialist or a master in
their own sector before exploring into other training sector.
